Privacy Policy

Abeno Printing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) recognizes the importance of personal data handled in the course of its business activities. The Company complies with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand (the “PDPA”) and other applicable laws and regulations, and establishes this Privacy Policy to ensure the proper handling and protection of personal data.

1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

The Company shall comply with the PDPA and all related laws, regulations, notifications, and other applicable requirements regarding the collection, use, disclosure, retention, deletion, and other processing of personal data.

2. Lawful and Fair Collection of Personal Data

The Company shall collect personal data by lawful and fair means and only to the extent necessary for its business activities.

When collecting personal data, the Company shall notify or make available to the data subject the purposes of processing and other information required by law, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

The Company shall process personal data only within the scope of the purposes specified in advance.

If it becomes necessary to process personal data for purposes different from those originally specified, the Company shall take the procedures required under the PDPA and other applicable laws.

4. Disclosure and Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties

The Company shall not disclose or provide personal data to third parties without the consent of the data subject, except where required by law, necessary for the performance of a contract, or otherwise permitted under the PDPA.

Where the Company entrusts the processing of personal data to an external service provider within the scope necessary for business operations, the Company shall appropriately select such service provider, implement necessary contractual and other measures, and supervise the service provider to ensure that personal data is properly handled.

5. Security Measures for Personal Data

The Company shall implement appropriate organizational, personnel, and technical security measures to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, leakage, alteration, destruction, misuse, or other risks relating to personal data.

The Company shall also provide appropriate education and awareness to its directors, officers, and employees who handle personal data.

6. Retention and Deletion of Personal Data

The Company shall retain personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was processed or for the period required by applicable law.

When personal data is no longer required to be retained, the Company shall securely delete, destroy, or anonymize such personal data in accordance with applicable law and the Company’s procedures.

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

Where the Company transfers personal data outside Thailand, the Company shall take the measures necessary to ensure appropriate protection of personal data in accordance with the PDPA and other applicable laws.

8. Rights of Data Subjects

Subject to the conditions prescribed by the PDPA, data subjects may exercise the following rights with respect to their personal data held by the Company:

  • The right to access personal data and obtain a copy thereof;
  • The right to request correction of personal data;
  • The right to request deletion, destruction, or anonymization of personal data;
  • The right to request restriction of the processing of personal data;
  • The right to object to the processing of personal data;
  • The right to data portability in certain circumstances;
  • The right to withdraw consent where the processing of personal data is based on consent; and
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in accordance with applicable law.

When a data subject exercises any of these rights, the Company shall respond appropriately in accordance with the PDPA and other applicable laws.

9. Continuous Improvement of Personal Data Protection

The Company shall periodically review its personal data protection framework, internal rules, and security measures in light of its personal data processing activities and changes in social and technological circumstances, and shall continuously seek to improve them.

10. Amendments to this Privacy Policy

The Company may amend this Privacy Policy as necessary due to changes in laws and regulations, changes in its business activities, or other circumstances.

In the event of a material amendment, the Company shall provide notice through its website or by other appropriate means.
